scandin  -- Minix keymap for Scandinavian keyboard

Hi all

Being tired of using my keyboard with wrong driver (scandinavian with
us driver) I finally asked Al Woodhull to write one for scandinavian
keyboard.  As there was nothing difficult he suggested me to write it
myself.  So I did.  Thanks Al. 

I took driver for german keybrd and made some changes.  I tested it
under 1.7.4 and 1.7.5.

If I'll get more time I'll write driver for Estonian keyboard also as
there are some minix users even in here. 

If someone has problems similar with the one I did with keyboard of
your country you can send the layout or just write it yourself.

If someone has problems with using the driver I wrote just send me a note.
