This fixes a bug in Michael Temari's Minix ftp release (Sept. 1996)

Claudio's note: this file has a bug fix for 16 bits while downloading
in binary mode from a Linux server, it hangs at 8400 bytes downloaded.

Note by ASW 28 Oct 2000: I have renamed this as ftp-0.2.tar.Z to
distinguish it from Michael Temari's original version which has no
version identifier.  On Claudio's site this version is ftp.tar.Z, and
does not include this file.
