ossl-0961.txt -- OpenSSL 0.9.6l source code. Claudio Tantignone - ctantignone@hotmail.com 22 March 2004 ========================================================================== file to download: ossl-0961.tgz (use gzip to unpack) These files are the source code of OpenSSL version 0.9.6l with some modification so you can compile under Minix. Version used were 2.0.2 and 2.0.4 (32 bits). You need my socketlib to success compile the code. This library is too big and complex. If you have little experience with compilation I suggest to download the binary libraries and install them (it is a simply copy). Installation can be done using the standard 'make install' but if you run configure I do not know exactly the modifications done to Makefile's to have a happy compilation. I was working last year with this package and some issues where lost. Sorry. If your machine have low memory, I suggest to download the binary version. lynx is big to compile and using a 950MHZ machine with 8Mbytes RAM disk and plenty of RAM (1MB cache buffer for FS) I have arround 15 minutes of compilation. Compiler passes needs to be changed too much with chmem.
