This Dvorak keyboard layout was misplaced after being sent to me in
July 2000, and finally posted in August 2004.  Sorry about that.

For info on Minix keymaps see pages 261-264 in _Operating Systems
Design and Implementation, 2nd edition_, by Tanenbaum and Woodhull.  Or
see the keymap(5) man page for a summary. 

The archive contains C source as well as a compiled keymap. Put the source in
/usr/src/kernel/keymaps, or the compiled version in /usr/lib/keymaps.
