I am attaching a new smr version. I mixed the changes from Al and the ones I
did some time ago. Also I added a few interesting ones. The full range is
explained in the README file (environment variables, relay host, subject,
carbon copy, read from file or stdin or from interactive mode).

I believe now that it is very interesting. I will add it to the DOSPPP16 and
DOSPPP32 file when I finish ppp 1.4, because this tool now is atractive to
send e-mail (receiving with popclient).

I tested it and works fine. If you find any problems, please let me know.

Note added 21 March 2000:

After posting this at Mar 19 2000, 10:55 EST, I received a message from
Claudio indicating he had sent me an incorrect file.  The correct
version has been posted at Mar 21 2000 13:54 EST.  The files have not
been renamed.  If you downloaded this package between these two times
you should retrieve the current version.
