PPP-1.0 - PPP driver for Minix 2.0.1

Minix 2.0.1 is a new release in preparation. As of this date (1 July 1998) it is available only in binary form, as the kernel included in the DOS-Minix test package released in May 1998 by Kees Bot.

Among other features, Minix 2.0.1 includes device-level support for serial-line IP networking, so PPP and SLIP can be added with no need to patch the kernel, and simultaneous ethernet and serial line networking is possible.

Claudio Tantignone has released a modified version of his PPP package that is compatible with the 2.0.1 kernel; the README file is posted as ftp://minix1.hampshire.edu/pub/contrib/ps-ppp-1.0.txt.
