As a convenience to those who may want to install Minix on a system where the entire hard disk is already occupied by a FAT32 file system (either a Win95 release b or a Win98 system) I have posted the new FIPS 2.0 which supports FAT32 at ftp://minix1.hampshire.edu/pub/minix.2.0/dosutil/fips20.zip.
I suggest you look at the http://www-plateau.cs.berkeley.edu/people/chaffee/fat32.html site mentioned in Mario's note before using this, however. There is a lot of information about FAT32 filesystems there.
All the usual warnings about backing up your file system before using FIPS should be taken extra seriously with this new version. Backups are work, restorals are not fun, but if you need to restore and can only rebuild you'll really be sorry.
