This is to announce a port of the ext2tools package to Minix. As originally
written by Claus Tondering, this package provided tools for accessing a
Linux ext2 filesystem from MS-DOS. The port provides the same functionality
for accessing Linux files from Minix.

The following programs are included:

e2cp: copy a file from an ext2 filesystem.
e2cat: list a file from an ext2 filesystem.
e2ls: give directory listings for directories on an ext2 filesystem.

In addition, programs e2cd and e2pwd allow the user to navigate through the
filesystem.  Access to the ext2 filesystem is read-only.

All executables, source code, and documentation are included.
(The executables are compiled for 32 bit Minix 2.0.0 for the i386.)
